Proven where it matters
I work where getting it wrong has real consequences. New technology has to prove itself there before anyone is asked to trust it.
The people, then the systems.
It used to run the other way. First the code, then the systems. Twenty-five years in, I start with the people.
The long thread
It started with broadband platforms in Sweden and carried on through fibre and the electricity network in New Zealand. These days the work is the architecture around it, and the agents that help build it.
Built together
Most of what I build, I build with other people. I invest in them and in the community around the work, because the relationships last longer than any tool.
